The Sidney Area Chamber’s Annual Banquet is held each January to meet the legal requirements of the Chamber’s 501(c)(6) status and to bring together the full Chamber membership. Honoring Success, Welcoming Growth

Beyond its official purpose, the Annual Banquet has become a valued tradition for celebrating the past year’s business accomplishments and recognizing outstanding individuals and organizations. Annual awards include the Emerging Leader Award, Horizon Award, Sunrise Spirit Award, Entrepreneur Award, Educator of the Year, Agriculture Award. and Sidney Police Officer of the Year. Every two years, the Chamber also presents the Past President Award.

When the Annual Banquet is held as a formal dinner, the evening begins with the New Business Showcase from 5:30pm-6 p.m. This showcase highlights businesses established within the previous two years, giving them the opportunity to share their story, connect with the community, and offer insights to potential entrepreneurs.

The Annual Meeting and Banquet are open to the public, and all are welcome to join in celebrating Sidney’s businesses, leaders, and growing community.
