Commercial Kitchen

Caterers will love the convenience of preparing or storing food on-site to serve your guests with ease! A 1,050 sq. ft. fully equipped commercial kitchen is available for rent, featuring:

• 2 regular ovens, 2 convection ovens and alto-sham
• Flat-top grill
• Walk-in cooler, 2 freezers, and refrigerator
• Dishwasher and ice machine
• Two 55-cup coffee makers for serving large groups

Table & Chair Rentals

Tables and chairs are included with the rental on a first come, first serve basis based on the table below. Banquet tables are 30″ wide x 30″ tall x 8′ long. Round tables are 30″ tall x 60″ wide.

The Meeting Room

Our meeting room can hold up to 40 in a classroom style setting or tables can be reconfigured to make one large board room style setting. The room features a state of the art 86” commercial display with a ViewBoard Cast™ Button to easily display presentations, a coffee pot, a water dispenser and a sink. This room has access to the outside as well as the main event space.

Constructed in 2021, this steel building combines modern design with practicality. Its manual ventilation system ensures a pleasant environment in the spring and fall months, but it is not heated or air conditioned. Originally designed as a sheep, swine & goat barn, it is adaptable for diverse purposes. Whether you’re planning a livestock event, an indoor drive in movie(!!), dog training, or any kind of community gathering, the Curtain Sides Barn can accommodate your vision.

• Size: A spacious 12,000 square feet of total facility space.
• Event Area: The main event space measures a generous 80′ x 140′ with a high peak, perfect for large gatherings, exhibits, or seasonal activities.
• Overhead Doors: Equipped with 4 overhead doors to provide convenient access for equipment, vehicles, and large items.
• Ventilation: Air circulation is done with large exhaust fans as well as ceiling fans, motorized curtain sides and a full length ridge vent.
• Water Access (Seasonal): Water is available throughout the facility, making it ideal for various uses.
• Concrete Floor: Durable and easy-to-maintain concrete flooring for a variety of setups.

The Richland County Fairgrounds Dirt Arena is a versatile, state-of-the-art facility designed to make your event unforgettable. With an arena spanning 275 feet in length and 132 feet in width, the space is ideal for hosting a variety of events, from rodeos and barrel racing to demolition derbies, monster truck shows, and even concerts. The arena accommodates over 2,000 guests with comfortable seating options, including a covered grandstand with 1,068 seats, two satellite bleachers seating 160 and 192 guests, and an uncovered grandstand with 554 seats.

Our facility is thoughtfully equipped to meet all your event needs. The arena features 11 stock pens, a 200′ x 100′ fenced corral, and specialized equipment such as a calf chute and six bucking chutes. For event organizers, we provide a fully equipped rodeo office with modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, a restroom with a shower, office space, and a lounge area. The Crow’s Nest offers an excellent vantage point for event coordination, while our high-quality sound system ensures every announcement, cheer, and musical performance is heard loud and clear. LED lights surround the arena making night shows a hit! Restrooms are easily accessible at the end of the grandstand in an adjacent building, which is equipped to handle food and beverage sales. Booths under the grandstand are available for rent for additional food vendors.

This arena is a year-round hub, hosting two PRCA Rodeos annually during the county fair as well as thrilling demolition derbies and monster truck events. The space is perfect for ranch rodeos, jousting events, tractor or horse pulls, and more.
