Jeab’s Thai Food began in 2019 as a small food truck in Williston, North Dakota. Founded by Mama Jeab, who has been living in the United States for over twenty years, our journey started with a simple passion—sharing the true flavors of Thai cuisine with our community. In a region where authentic Thai ingredients can be difficult to find, Mama Jeab carefully searched for quality ingredients and traditional seasonings to create dishes that bring the taste of Thailand to every plate.

With years of experience cooking both traditional Thai dishes and Thai-inspired fusion, Jeab’s Thai Food has grown through the love and support of our customers.
Today, we are proud to serve the community in Sidney, Montana, where we have been welcoming guests for nearly three years.
