Sail Class

Staying Active & Independent for Life (SAIL) evidenced-based fitness program. SAIL is proven to improve strength, balance, and flexibility, ultimately reducing risk of a fall. Class size is limited to 20 participants; sign up on our website https://www.richland.org/arthritis-managementexercise-programs.html or call us at 406-433-3701. There is no charge for the class but a suggested donation of $10 for the course is greatly appreciated.
