Join the fun on December 4th.  Watch as law enforcement and Special Olympic athletes take the plunge into icy waters for a worthy cause. There will be a new competition Chili and Cinnamon Roll showdown that challenges businesses and organizations to join in the fun and the Sidney Police Department will have jumpers from all walks of life to help support our Special Olympic athletes!
