Full Moon Meditation

The full moon is a time to gently clear what feels heavy…to release what’s been building…and to come back into balance.
This is circle is 60 minutes and we will be doing breath-work, guided meditation, written release and grounding all designed to help you:
This month’s energy invites us to look at our relationships, our boundaries, and where we may be over-giving or holding back.
You don’t need experience with meditation or breathwork — just a willingness to show up as you are.
