For the crowning event of Sidney’s America 250 Celebration of Independence & Remembrance, all community members are invited to attend the Veterans Memorial Pillars Dedication at Veterans Park in commemoration of the brave souls that fought for our freedom and laid their lives down for our own. Our Keynote Speaker will be Mike Burke, a native to Sidney, a U.S Army veteran, leader, and recipient of the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal, and Purple Heart.
