Food Fair Entry Form

9 a.m.-4 p.m. Veteran's Memorial Park

  • This is your organization’s registration form for the Food Fair at the Sunrise Festival of the Arts.  The 2008 fee is $75.  It must accompany the registration form. 
  • Duplications will be allowed on all beverages with the exception of coffee and lemonade.  Only 2 booths will be awarded coffee based on the number of other electrical appliances in the booth. (The fewer, the better.)
  • Reduce your need for electricity rather than add to it.  You must furnish your own generator and gas, if needed.
  • Do not substitute menu items or appliances once you have turned your registration form in.  No duplication is allowed on food items.
  • Your booth must be open and ready to serve at 9 a.m. and must not close until 4 p.m.
    Please return this form by Friday, May 9th, 2008.  
  • Please reserve your own Pepsi wagon or other type of concessions booth.
