The Sidney Area Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture offers businesses a wide range of opportunities to promote business. Programs offered throughout the year will give you a chance to network your business, make new contacts and make a difference in the community. Even if your business is not located within Sidney, Chamber membership can keep you informed about community issues which are especially helpful if you conduct business in this area. Benefits of Chamber Membership

Advertising Opportunities: Participate in the “Sidney’s Got It!” television advertising at reduced rates. Commercials are ran at different times throughout the day, including prime time. Become a sponsor for one of the various Chamber events or place a coupon in our coupon packet. Coupon packets are distributed to the local motels, Tournament Attendees, Visitor and Welcome packets, Gun Show and Sunrise Festival Exhibitors, Class Reunions, State Meeting Attendees, Foundation for Community Care Golf Tournament and Trade Shows

Business Referral Service: For many people the chamber is an ideal source of information. We refer these inquiries to chamber members.

Community Involvement: Be part of an united effort to build a strong community and region and become active in a committee that is important to your business.

Consumer Awareness: Recieve a Chamber membership plaque to hang in your business. Studies have shown that a chamber membership has an overall increase of 51% on consumer awareness.

Health Insurance: Chamber members can apply for the Montana Chamber Choices Health Insurance Plan. Inclusion in this group plan could reduce the amount your business and employees pay towards health care costs.

Mailings: Recieve a monthly newsletter which contains information including Chamber events, promotions, seminars and posters to hang in your business to welcome visitors who will be coming to town during the month.

Membership Directory: Receive and be listed in the annual Membership Directory as well as inclusion on the Chamber web site. Our website has seen an increase in traffic with our membership direcory recieving approximatly 1000 hits per month.

Networking: Networking opportunities are offered at various Chamber events and through Business After Hours opportunities

Savings: Significant cost savings are avaiable through use of the Chamber’s bulk mailing permit and attend workshops and seminars at a reduced fee.

Support Local Business: Participate in the Sidney Big Bucks Christmas Loan program. The Big Bucks program encourages local shopping and brings an average of $50,000 to our businesses. Used just like cash, Chamber Bucks are also redeemable with Chamber members. Approximatley $30,000 per year are given as gifts, bonuses & prizes.
